Sespe Condor Sanctuary Hike
7.5 MRT – Moderate to Strenuous (1,500′ elevation gain)
Meet at 8 AM near Donut Delite at the corner of Madera and Royal.
Our hike will begin in the Dough Flat parking area (2,840’) at the north end of Goodenough Road north of Fillmore, CA. We’ll enter the Sespe Wilderness after hiking ¼ mile from the parking area. We’ll hike 2.5 miles north on the Alder Creek Trail (20W11) to Bucksnort Junction (3,700’). Then we’ll continue west one mile to reach Cow Spring Camp (3,500’). We’ll return the way we came.
